Originally from French Polynesia, Pierre Jezegou moved to Montreal 14 years ago to study cinema. Since then, he has built a solid career across television, film, and music, spending nearly eight years at the production company PARCE QUE FILMS, where he rose from assistant editor to editor, and eventually post-production supervisor.

 

Balancing both in-house and freelance experiences, Pierre developed a strong sense of autonomy, adaptability, and resourcefulness. His collaborative spirit and deep understanding of the post-production pipeline allow him to work seamlessly with directors, producers, assistant editors, sound designers, and colorists.

 

With hands-on experience across every stage of post, Pierre often serves as his own assistant and finishing editor: a true one-man band capable of delivering high-end content, no matter the complexity of the project.

 

His portfolio includes music videos, live performances, commercials, documentaries and corporate films. He has also worked internationally with major labels, studios, networks, and artists such as Killer Mike, Denzel Curry, Cœur de Pirate, and Alexandra Stréliski.

 

Now, Pierre is looking for new creative challenges to push his craft further, expand his knowledge, and continue evolving as a filmmaker.
